Mat_D1245 Posted May 20, 2016 Share Posted May 20, 2016 Bonjour à tous, je suis en train de perdre mon latin... J'ai deux problèmes majeurs avec mon Presta (v. 1.6.0.14): 1. Affichage prix HT / TTC marche à peu près, mais si l'on applique une réduction, plus rien ne fonctionne. Je m'explique: dans la fiche de mon produit je crée un prix spécifique, je le rentre HT, je sélectionne HT dans la drop-liste. Super, si mon client est en Suisse tout fonctionne, si il est en Allemagne le prix affiché sera le prix TTC moins le prix HT!! Si j'effectue la manip' inverse, donc avec une remise TTC, c'est le Suisse qui se frotte les mains, il paye un produit HT avec une réduction TTC!! 2. Soucis suivant, sûrement lié, les prix dans homefeatured et dans product-list sont calculés différemment que dans product. Pour ce soucis, j'ai trouvé une solution, mais elle n'est pas gérable sur le long terme, cf mon autre topic ici: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/527024-product-list-not-showing-reduction-incl-taxes/ Je trouve très surprenant que Presta ne gère pas mieux ces problèmes de TVA, il me semble que c'est quand même la base d'un shop. Je trouve aussi extrêmement curieux que le prix des articles soient calculés par différents biais selon les pages... Bref, si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider, ce serait super! The bug is quite puzzling: If I set the price reduction with VAT, it will deduct it properly for those customers of the EU having the prices displayed with VAT. For the others, prices are displayed without VAT, the reduction amount stays with VAT. Example: - customer from EU: product is 100€, reduction is 16,81€ --> VAT in ermany is 19% --> price should be 99€ - customer from Switzerland: product is 100€, reduction 16,81 --> price should be 83,19€ whereas Presta comes up with a price for EU customers of 100+VAT - 16,81 = 102,19€ If choose de discount amount WITH VAT form the droplist in backend, same stuff but different: - customer from EU: product is 100€, reduction is 20€(with VAT), Total price ist good 99€ - customer from Switzerland: product is 100€, reduction is 20€ with VAT, ut his price is 80€, good deal for him.
