A file permissions error has occurred. Please check the permissions on the script and the directory it is in and try again.

Have you try this?
1. Go to your ftp
2. Change the file permissions by rightclick the file or folder of your shop
3. Choose properties
4. CHMOD to 777

Or go to your hosting control panel and change the file permission there, if you can't do that, ask your hosting provider for a guide

Did you follow the installation instructions regarding setting file permissions? A link to them can be found on the download page. In general you should try and avoid using chmod 777 on files, unless they really are executables that you want anyone to be able to modify ;)

755 for directories and 644 for files is the best option,
775 and 664 if the above doesn't work on your server (but they should).
