Have you try this?
1. Go to your ftp
2. Change the file permissions by rightclick the file or folder of your shop
3. Choose properties
4. CHMOD to 777

Or go to your hosting control panel and change the file permission there, if you can't do that, ask your hosting provider for a guide

thanx for ur response ai have done the same u told me but still having this problem i think its not easy to installl so i m intending to leave prestashop and try other thing

Did you follow the installation instructions regarding setting file permissions? A link to them can be found on the download page. In general you should try and avoid using chmod 777 on files, unless they really are executables that you want anyone to be able to modify

755 for directories and 644 for files is the best option,
775 and 664 if the above doesn't work on your server (but they should).

Am also getting this error after choosing any of the payment options. Have set permissions on entire module directory and checked individual pages. Could it be a server setting?
