Product Attribute and Value problem

Hi,

I have a 1.5.6.2 version. I am having a small problem with combination of product attribute and value.

For example, on my rings section, when I select a specific ring, I have an attribute with ring sizes. So for example, I pick size 52, it shows 2 articles as being available. Now I choose size 63, it says "This product is no longer in stock with those attributes (size) but is available with others." The add to cart button disappears. So far so good because this ring is out of stock in size 63. Now I go back and pick size 52, the add to cart button reappears, but the text "This product is no longer in stock with those attributes (size) but is available with others" does not disappear as it should.

 

Can anyone shed any light here, please?
