GloDea Posted May 2, 2016 Author Share Posted May 2, 2016 I have found a workaround for this not working!The email I was using was a Rackspace hosted email. Rackspace and Prestashop do not communicate together. I had to create a gmail account and forward that email to my Rackspace email. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
