Firstly 2 of my payment methods have been disappeared on my website In the backoffice these 2payment methods are still active How is this possible? The other problem I have noticed on my website all prices are in the NZD currency. Suddenly the payments seems to be happening in AUD?? Rolige Posted April 28, 2016 Share Posted April 28, 2016 There are other conditions to show or not the payment method, as currency, customer group, etc. You can check the conditions in the Payment modules page. Also there are some onepage checkout custom modules that allow or not to show determinate payment modules. About the currency, screenshot of currencies?, and can you share the URL of your shop? For paypal from "default currency of the shop" into NZD. But after a while now also the last payment option is disapeared from the website And now get: No payment method is available for use at this time. All worked fine for a couple of years. All working fine.....but suddenly the payments in PayPal are mentioned in AUD. The whole shop is in NZD, Default currency is New Zealand Dollar. PayPal has the currency standard: "shop default currency" -- This should be ok, as this is NZD If i change this into NZD, than suddenly all payment modules disappear from the checkout page What is happening? how to solve it.
