Qualcuno ha esperienze nell'utilizzo di un CRM legato alla piattaforma PrestaShop tramite plugin di bridge? Il consiglio che vi chiedo non riguarda il lato tecnico del collegamento tra le due piattaforme, ma quale piattaforma CRM mi consigliate di installare per affiancare ed integrarare a PrestaShop. Nel mio caso d'uso, il CRM verrà utilizzato per l'assistenza post-vendita, campagne di marketing e una gestione dei clienti più efficiente. Ho valutato le piattaforme CRM più famose come Sugar, Tiger e Zoho e sarei orientato a Zoho. Attendo un vostro consiglio, vi ringrazio in anticipo!
