Enable Cache with lost Website Design

with prestashop 1.6.x

at Back Office, When I'm use "SMARTY Cache ON" with "Recompile templates if the files have been updated",

but, after Refresh my Front Web Design is losing appearance.

I've also use "Clear Cache"

 

Where as Prestashop default-bootstrap theme works properly.

 

Have you please help to fix it.
