Validation page (order-summary.tpl) showing uncorrectly with latest Paypal module

Hi there,

 

I (too) am experiencing problems with the latest release of the PayPal module.

PayPal payment only woks in Live mode, Sandbox transactions fail with a SSL error.

I have the "red banner" in the module configuration page, quite common it seems.

 

But I need help for another problem.

The validation page (the one ther buyer gets on Prestashop after inserting his data into the PayPal site), isn't shown correctly.

The transaction data block is shown in plain HTML, not rendered (see screenshot attached).

 

I've seen that the page template (order-summary.tpl) has been changed from the previous versions of the module.

Now the data are evoked with

 {$paypal_cart_summary|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'}

and this is exacly the part shown as plain text in the page.

 

Any clues of what could cause this and how to solve the problem?

It seems the site is considering  this as text not html. This could be the reason.
