I would like how can I duplicate the contact form and add it to a CMS page in prestashop 1.6?

 

should I duplicate, rename the contact-form.tpl and contactcontroller.php?

 

Whats the best way to do it?

Hi,

 

You can use the module: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/22563-form-builder-pro.html

Create a new contact form by draw & drop. then you will have a short code to add to a CMS page.
