Just last week , one empty order, just rest the basket but 2 paylines in the customer record . yesterday same with a new order 2 payments in the customer record . The CMCIC bank told us not having error 500. He said he had a 1528 error on a order without affecting the payment. Additional information , the owner of the shop has not received new order for the mall. The PrestaShop team gives us no track and we refer to the Developer module. this is five days ..... Anyone have any idea .
