Can not add theme from Addons

Hi,

I setup my store , bought new theme from addons, this theme is visible in my account, when I click on it and say use this theme, nothing happened, I get blank page- Please help.

 

This is what I get:

This is the theme I got from addons and want to use:

I am not sure, but I am not able to check the given URLs. Although I think this is an issue of their server connectivity.
