Fixed rate product

Good afternoon!

 

I have a store about LED lighting (bulbs, tubes, etc.). In Spain each product must carry a "green tax" for every product sold, in our case are 0.12 € and must come reflected in the bill.

 

In taxes in Prestashop Config only I can add taxes by % and not fixed tax by product number. For ej: 12 products = 0,12€ x 12 = 1,44€ (plus VAT)

 

Any idea in configuration or module for that?
