Module Translations in Emails

I have installed the COD payment and changed all the translations to "Cash on Pickup" instead of delivery, as that's how it works. Everything looks good throughout the site.

 

However on the email, they are getting the Cash On Delivery instead of the translated text.

 

Is there anywhere this can be set?

 

I can't hard code it into the email, as there are other payment types that can be used.
