TAXES AND VAT

Hi, i'm having a problem with my taxing on prestashop 1.6.0.8 from portugal

 

All is fine if the user doenst have NIF (VAT number), the price appears and then the tax amount appears on other line,

 

The problem is that if the user decides to insert de VAT, the tax desapears. And the price is calculated with zero tax value.

 

I know this is some kind of policy of presta, because i think it assumes that the tax value is on the price already, but here im portugal is allways separated wether the user has vat number or not.

 

 

Can you help me please? Its a bit urgent.
