I could not delete some States

Hi All,

 

I am trying to delete all states and I have done most of it except 2 states. When I try to delete them I see this error massage :

 

2 errors

1. Can't delete #9
2. An error occurred while deleting this selection.

How to delete them ?

 

Also, How to rest and delete every thing the presta after installation ? I would like to start from ZERO

Are you familiar with PhpMyAdmin?

 

I don't know it very well but I know enough to get me by, it's the best tool for doing this kind of thing. 

 

The table name you need to edit is (your table prefix)_state

 

My table prefix is ps so the area I edit in phpymyadmin is ps_state
