Sales orders and visibility of materials on web

I want to use Sales orders to create orders to Vendors and to receive materials to stock. At the moment when I create a Sales order to one of the vendors, I see wrong available qty displayed on the web to our Customer

 

E.g.

Sales order created Qty 10

Partial receipt 3 pcs

Visible on the web as qty for sale 7 pcs (not 3!!!)

 

It has no connection with the Label for Sales orders - currently set to Increase stock.

Do you know where to change the settings, so that the web displays qty received to stock and not open qty for receipt?

 

Version of Prestashop used 1.6.1.2 , advance stock management switched on.
