stevemil
Most products display correctly with Quick View but some display like minimized on the left of the screen. What did I do wrong and how do I fix it? website is www.customsbysteveandterry.com Thank you
Daresh
This is a very funny situation. Prestashop adds classes "product-product-alias" to those quick view windows. But your product (or maybe it's the category) is named "Box", so it adds a "product-box" class there. But on the other hand, in your css product-box class is set to be 178px wide :-) Edited March 22, 2016 by Daresh (see edit history)
stevemil
Thank you Daresh. Odd situation, but you are correct. I deleted an item and change the name when adding it back in. Called it a container instead of a box and it corrected the problem. Is there a way to do this without d deleting and re-adding items. I tried just changing the name in the product description but it did not change the quick view. It did not display properly until I did the delete and re-add. Daresh
If you need to re-add than that must be some other field responsible, not the name, maybe the friendly url in the SEO tab? This field is filled automatically when you type the name, but it is not changed when you change the name later on.
stevemil
Daresh you are the man. Just have to change the name in the SEO and generate. That takes care of the problem. Thanks for the help.
