Blue Posted September 4, 2008 Share Posted September 4, 2008 I cannot figure out how this VAT stuff works in prestoshop. When I enter a product I can add VAT but VAT is depending on the country we are shipping to. I'm based in the Netherlands and when we ship to the Netherland I need to charge 19% VAT. When I ship to a consumer in the US i don't charge VAT.I know you can define zones etc. but it does not seem to work properly. Cannot imagine that this is a huge flaw in the product.
