DotMedia Posted March 21, 2016 Share Posted March 21, 2016 Hi Guys,I've been getting an issue since upgrading to 1.6.1.4 but i'm not sure if it is just a coincidence or not. I've now had 4 customers asking when will their orders will be sent out because they've received no order confirmation and no dispatch confirmation via email.I did a little test by registering a dummy account and everything gets delivered to my email fine, after further investigation it seems all the customers use either @hotmail.com or @live.comHas anyone else been experiencing problems with confirmation emails not being delivered?... and does anyone have any idea how I can fix it?Thanks,DM Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
