[Solved] Error Rounding On Product Page

I am using Prestashop 1.6.1.4.
I have a problem with the price on productpage when using combinations. I searched the forum and found some solutions but that doesn't help for me (especially the 17/3 change in database for ps_attribute_impact).
 
For example included 21% tax  = € 22,50 (ex tax = 18.595041).
 
On product-list it shows € 22,50 on product page it shows € 22,51.
When I set rounding on 3 decimal it gives € 22,500 with 4 decimal it gives € 22,4998.
 
My conclusion is the 2 decimal rounding is on the ex tax to € 18,60 and then it gives with 21% tax the € 21,51
 
But in which file this goes wrong? In product.tpl (product-list.tpl shows € 21,50)?
