Problems With 1.6.1.4

Hello, I have some issues with the new version of prestashop 1.6.1.4

 

installation went without problems. But one problem occours when starting to play with categories in the catalog menue.

I have 4 main categories, all are active, but in the front end I can only see one categorie. See attached pictures.

 

Cleaning cache in the browser didn´t helped. Tried on Firefox, Chrome and IE at their latest versions. Tried several PHP-Version (5.3 up to 7)

 

I spend hours in finding a solution, but my guess is, it maight be a bug of the new version.

 

Can someone help me finding a solution or does someone else is able to approve my problem?

Are you trying to add category to menu?

 

If yes, you have to go to Modules and Services > Top horizontal menu > Configuration

You can add and edit main menu from here.

As stated above go the the top horzontal menu ad click on configuration, here you can add items to the top menu as they are not added automatically like the categories in the the left column.
