Product Retail Price Changes When Quantity Changes

I have a strange problem.

 

When an item quantity drops below 1, the retail price of the item drops by the specific price.

 

For example, if my specific price is 33% discount and the item price is 65 USD, when I update the quantity to be 0, the price drops down to 43 USD!.

 

Any ideas how to fix this?

Not sure I understand as the price with the discount should be $43.55 $65 - 33% = 43.55.
