Can You Manually Execute An Sql Update Command Without Writing A Module?

Hi,

 

I would like to change a piece of data in one of the tables on my Cloud instance. I can see the SQL manager which allows me to execute a SELECT command. But it will not allow the UPDATE command.

 

Is there a way for me to action an UPDATE command without learning how to write a module?

 

This is on the Cloud version.
