Excluding The Shipping Rules From Syncronization

Hello,

I am using since some months the official eBay module for prestashop. It works very well, but I have a "problem":

 

I use different shipping carriers for my auctions. For example product  X has carrier A, Y has B etc (I'm not using a single carrier like you can specify on the module). So everytime I synchronize my shop with ebay I have to put back the right carrier on each product. 

 

Is there a way to make the synchronization ignore the shipping rule? It should sync all (name, price, description..) but the shipping rule.
