Using The Default Permanent Links Header In An Other Theme (Struggling :( )

Hi,

 

Struggeling to get the permanent links working in my theme.

 

In the theme permanent links (header) module is a dropdown menu in this theme, but I want it back as in the default theme. On top in a banner.

 

Site is www.ahb-france.com (testsite, not active)

Prestashop version 1.6.1.3

Moved the different folders and files and the css files but I'm forgetting something because it does not work 

 

Solution does not have to include the module, I could add links in the header, but I prefer the module..
