Timeout Error

When i am editing existing product or adding anything, the following error comes

 

(timeout)
A server error occurred while loading the tabs: some tabs could not be loaded.
Please try again by refreshing the page.
If you are still encountering this problem, please check your server logs or contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Please, help me out with this issue and with desired  solution.
I have referred to many post but no solution is posted please if someone can suggest exact changes where and where.

This problem has occured suddenly, till now site was working properly.

This does not work. Any other solutions? I have spent two weeks looking at this error and it seems to be a common problem with prestashop which makes it unusable.

And what are the parameters to have a good hosting and avoid this error ?

In my case problem was due to Ebay module...upgraded to version v 1.15.3.

I had the same and finally through PS support I got the info it was Ebay module. I disabled it and now look ok...
