joshglen
I have turned off free shipping: https://gyazo.com/3539b610da6371f6fddc14152e539a26 Along with on the carriers. However, when I attempt to purchase an item, it says free shipping, but in the checkout page it says the actual shipping. I do I fix it so that it always says the estimated shipping? I don't want to deceive my customers. https://gyazo.com/1b5db10ec2ea29b3942a0a9d40db376a https://gyazo.com/2e3ff017daa91d8be7609b53c995d62f
tdr170
Edit Translations, Installed Modules and find blockcart look for free shipping and change to To Be Determined or something like that. You can try $0.00.
joshglen
That will work temporarily, however how do I get back to it making a shipping estimate? I simply turned on free shipping, then, later, turned it off, and it is stuck with free shipping in the first screen! Edit Translations, Installed Modules and find blockcart look for free shipping and change to To Be Determined or something like that. You can try $0.00. tdr170
All this will do is change the Free Shipping it will not in ant way effect the shipping cost displayed. Be sure and turn cache off and force compile on while you are working on the shop.
tdr170
Are you setting up your own carriers or using modules, is this when logged in as customer or not logged in. From double reading the post you say it is stuck so I assume no matter what you do it says free shipping try resetting the module if that changes nothing try to uninstall and reinstall. joshglen
I am using a paid usps shipping module, I'll try resetting it.
joshglen
Sadly, resetting it did not help. I am not sure what else to do.
tdr170
Sorry I actually was referring to the Cart module not the shipping module.
joshglen
I reset that, and had to reposition it, but it is still stuck saying free shipping. I am not sure what else to do.
