Can´t Save New Products Anymore

Hello,

using Cloud PS 1.6.1.3: since today I cannot save a new product, neither "save and stay" nor "save" works. After pressing one of these buttons all entries are delted and I get a new and cleared form for adding a new product.

The "saved" product does not appear in the list of products, too - all descriptions etc. seem to be gone once I press the save-button.

Any idea?

j'ai eu le même souci ... quand j'enregistre le contenu de mes fiches rien ne s'enregistre ...

 

Ce fut une erreur de Prestashop dans de le Systeme resolu sans ticket de Support.

D'ailleurs j'ai fait comme a conseillé MEDEKKER mais ça ne marche toujours pas ... j'ai contacté le SUPPORT qui ne comprend pas et n'a pas de solution car visiblement n'a pas le même problème ... donc ne peut pas m'aider ... j'ai un site à finir et je ne peux même pas faire mes fiches produits ... ;-(

1. sont les produits "Enabled" , c.-à- connectés chacun visible?
2. Vérifiez si vos produits une catégorie sont "Enabled" (category set to visible in front end), qui sont également visibles dans l'interface .

Escuse pour moi terrible Francaise, svp.

1. Did you clear the cache in the backend? If not go to Backend -> "Advanced parameters" -> "Performance" -> Clear cache-button (upper right corner).

2. Clear cache of your internet browser, too.

3. Check a different internet browser (in the past MS Edge did sometimes not work for me, Firefox worked when Edge was bad. But this seems to be cleared now, both work on my side).

 

COMPLEMENT:

Make sure that all "must-fields" for a product - indicated by a red "*" - have data filled in: if you have a multi-language shop (I have German and English) you must enter a product description for all languages (if I do not enter the German AND English description the product cannot be saved).

 

COMLEMENT 2:

I just remember that I had a Problem with saving a product when I used the Default-product and made a copy from this.

Use "Add a new product" ("+") for adding a new product from scratch and NOT use the copying function when in dafault-product.

j'ai trouvé le CACHE BUTTON, j'ai cliqué sur ce bouton, ensuite j'ai tenté de travailler effectivement sur GOOGLE CHROME et non sur MICROSOFT EDGE et ça marche ! je te remercie c'est grâce à toi que je vais pouvoir continuer à travailler tu m'as solutionné le problème. Car ensuite, j'ai tenté à nouveau sur EDGE et ça marche toujours pas.
