Delete A Specific_Price For A Product Before Importing

I import a product with a discount.

 

When I reimport it again without discount, the discount (as specific price) remains.

 

Is there a way to delete the prior specific prices of a product before importing it again ?

 

Also I've seen the class SpecificPrice has a function to delete. I have the id_specific_price that I want to delete. How can I call that function and pass it the id_specific_price ?
