Please help Multilingual shop - product page in same URL

My shop using 1.2.5 has two languages and now I aware that the product page appeared in same url. I want to have the url like this:

http://www.myshop.com/lang-en/
http://www.myshop.com/lang-tw/

I tried to follow what this old thread did - http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/8051/P0/general_discussion/urls_are_the_same_for_all_the_languages__seo_problem , but finally it showed up internal error.

Here is my .htaccess , anyone can take a look if I should add something??
