Erreur Serveur 500 From Backoffice

Hello, 
My PrestaShop web site is hosted locally via wamp and yesterday when I try to edit / create a product , the page becomes white with writing 500 server error .
 
The error with modification at file /config/defines.ini.php  define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true)

[PrestaShopDatabaseException]
