Amber123
After upgrading to 1.6.1.3 from 1.6.0.14 I have had a few problems, Paypal not working, Stripe payment module had disappeared. I have removed guest checkout option in paypal which I think has helped. When I tried to test the Stripe module in live mode I found that I can't log in as a customer. When I checkout as a guest it allows me to register an email address, but only the paypal payment option is available: no credit/debit card options. I also can't sign in on the front page of my website. If I try password retrieval, this also fails. I read that it may be related to cookies, but my key looks identical to the one in my database backup of 1.6.0 Any ideas because I am leaking orders? Amber123
case needs verification can you please share url to your online store? Sorry, forgot. I've read that it might require some code fixing, and it looks like that code is contained in my theme, so I've contacted the developer. Trouble is that he's on holiday, so I'm stuck with this potential issue. Am I the only person working over christmas and new year? Amber123
Okay so since I've been getting paypal errors, I've deleted paypal and installed the paypal Europe module. I am now getting the error: Error occurred: Please try to contact the merchant: <b>PayPal response:</b> TIMESTAMP -> 2016-01-01T12:41:34Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10002 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Security error L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Security header is not valid L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error So my Stripe payment module won't work and now Paypal won't either. Fantastic. Great support by the way. I'll roll back to my previous version of Prestashop and pray it works. And I thought Opencart was unusable! Amber123
Rolled back to previous version and still can't log in as a customer. Great. My current orders aren't showing up but I have the details saved elsewhere. I have to do another stock check and update the website again. Fun, fun, fun. I think my paypal and stripe are now working again, but I would still like the customer log in functionality to work so please help. Amber123
Thank you. I too have been able to create a new account and log in, but my older accounts do not work. I'm hoping that my registered customers will still be able to use their log in details.

My log in details are all real email accounts so I can't post them here.
