Prestashop 1.6.1.3 - Carrier Not Available

Hi!

 

I hope you can help me to understand what's going on.

 

I have a fresh installation of Prestashop 1.6.1.3 and I have 1 carrier with a few ranges by weight and doesn't appear in the checkout.

 

This is what I have now in the settings of the carrier:

The weight of all the products it's 1kg.

 

 

Where do you think is the issue?

I am having this problem to! i get the message "Carrier does not deliver to this address"

 

I have 1 carrier that ranges from 0.000001 to 20KG

You need to chnge your weight ranges to 0 to 1, 1 to 2 and 2 to 3.

 

The ranges are inclusive/exclusive. That means from and including 0 to but excluding 1, from and including 1 to but exluding 2, from and including 2 to but excluDing 3.

 

The way yoh have them there are gaps in the ranges, small but nevertheless gaps.
