H2 Issue In Cart - But There Is A New One.

So the H2 issue I red about that makes SEO strange:

<h2> There are 0 items in your shopping cart. There is 1 item in your cart </ h2>

 

And I made that fix on one of my stores ( LEOtheme template) but now it seems to be another one ( see image)
Anyone who knows exactly how this should be?
