aliaspt Posted December 19, 2015 Share Posted December 19, 2015 Hello, How is it possible for a buyer to purchase an out-of-stock item while back-ordering is disabled? I'm shocked that somebody was able to buy a product with a 0 stock and it is showing -1 in inventory. My settings are supposed to deny orders. How to fix this? This is a major issue we've been having and is doing a damage to our company image. I am not able to recreate this in Firefox or Chrome. I am not able to select an out-of-stock product but somebody else can, apparently. I've attached some screenshots. Please help!
