So a customer does not have to wait for an approval and can straight away print the return slip. I do like the way returns are handled an the simplicity of putting them back in stock... but this procedure is to time consuming for customers...Anybody a hint? I would also like to approve RMA's automatically by setting the Default status when created to "Waiting for Package" Anyone know how to do this?
