noossupport Posted November 20, 2015 Share Posted November 20, 2015 (edited) I have imported products through CSV and am trying to fix few fields but the 'Save and stay' or 'save' does not work. Basically nothing happens on hitting the save-type buttons and changes are not saved. Any idea what could be going wrong here. Configuration info here: PrestaShop version 1.6.1.2 MySQL version 5.5.44-MariaDB SOLVED: Error display/UX is very poor in prestashop. My specific issue was to do with meta tags (SEO) being higher than permitted as default. I was able to have them higher in the first place using bulk csv import. Reducing the contents to permissible limits helped me save the products in BO.
