RMA Notifications

There are posts in other area's about RMA's but I haven't found a solution to the notification issue.

Does anyone know how to at least set up some sort of notify for this?

It doesn't have to be specific to the customer or anything - just a generic "Hey, someone just submitted and RMA - check your admin site." so we'll go out and check?

I'll keep working on it as well, but if someone has idea's that would be great.
