Shipping incorrect in email

Just noticed an odd thing happening.

 

We're in Texas and the store is configured to charge tax on shipping.

 

All Texas orders are displaying correctly on the website with the correct shipping amount.  The emailed receipt, however, is showing a different shipping amount.  It's off by .076%.  No matter which carrier is used...all Texas emailed receipts show shipping off by .076%.

 

The email must not actually calculate totals because the total for the order matches what the website shows.  For example:

 

Products: $100

Shipping: $10

Tax: $10

 

Total:  $118.87  (total is using the real shipping amount and not the incorrect one given on the emailed receipt)
