This is a client website that i did not build, and just doing some maintenance. Link - http://comenplay.ca (please be careful this is an adult novelty store) We seem to be having some issues with the following: 1. The free shipping banner at the very top - we can't seem to find where this is hiding in the back-end to be able to change free shipping from $50 to $100 2. We had a live chat plugin installed (see bottom of website) called Responsive Live Chat v1.0.0 - by best-kit.com - i disabled it and even uninstalled it, but for some reason it is still showing at the bottom of the website... now saying we are offline... how can i completely remove it? yaniv14 Posted November 7, 2015 Share Posted November 7, 2015 Hi, You are using a custom template so it's hard to tell you exactly where to find each part. If the template was build correctly than the top banner will be in a module positioned at displayNav, if not it can also be hard coded into header.tpl About the chat module on the bottom it looks like you have Zopim module so you should look for it and uninstall it.
