Prestashop Tax - Custom Selection

Hi there.

 

I've got many questions administrating a prestashop's store. And here is one of them:

 

Trying to adapt my shop to the standard eu vat, I've found some stores which lets the customers choose where they are purchasing from, with a dropdown showing up the taxes and the eu countries.

 

In other words, those systems are not checking the address or ip to apply a different tax, unless they are letting the customee to choose where they are purchasing form (does not matter your address or country you have specified).

 

There is any way to do something similar to this method? Any idea?
