Registration customization

Hello,

 

I need to do 4 customization in the registration process, but I'm new to prestashop and I need some advice. Here's what I wqant to do:

 

- Add a new field for the company name

- Remove the mobile phone field, and replace it with phone number (only one field for the phone), and make it mandatory

- Add a new field for email confirmation (user will have to type his email address twice)

- Make the title field a mandatory field

 

I already checked the admin / customers page. 

I clicked on "define the mandatory fields for this section" but there's no title, only optin and newsletter.

 

Could you please help me?

 

Everything that can be done in the admin panel will be ok,  but I can make changes to the files if needed (I mean I know how to code).
