bekway Posted October 19, 2015 Share Posted October 19, 2015 In PS 1.6.0.8 we have a regular shipping rate and a special postage rate for books. When someone orders a book with other products we get only one e-mail notification (either just for the book or just for the other products depending on which one the customer ordered first). Two orders appear in the BackOffice but one of them shows a blank status (actually "--") instead of the green Payment accepted button. How can we get an automatic e-mail and "Payment accepted" status on these "two shipping rate" orders? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
