Problem with checkin https version in the back office in 1.6.1.1

I have clicked on the new link in the back office, to check if my website can support https//

 

Now my back office is unreachable. I have made a restoration, still blocked (blanck page error 500) My front office works but not my back-office.

 

I put a back-up from last week, which worked, but now even back up does not work. I cannot get the login page of my back office any more. Error 500 page.

 

I have made new install, Back office still does not work ??

 

I am getting nuts.

 

Somebody has an idea ?
