Martin_S Posted March 16, 2010 Share Posted March 16, 2010 I wanted to add new thumb sizes in the img settings, hit the "regenerate" button but it couldnt complete the task, I got blank page everytime, hit refresh several time, didnt help nor did server timeout settings changes. Now I see that my shop doesnt show product pics anymore... whats gogin on??? Where are those pics??Looks like it deleted all original thumbs and couldnt create them again. I dont really see any logic in deleting them at first then creating new, instead of just rewriting them with new ones. Also, I dont understand why do I have to recreate them all, especially if a shop contains over 2000 products. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Only added about 40 products so far, but still a bit of a pain -- I was hoping to add more products today but I'm stuck with this problem now. Martin_S Posted March 26, 2010 Author Share Posted March 26, 2010 Thank god I make a backup very often so I could reupload the pics from it. I only wanted to add new size to the existing sizes for a new module so I didnt have to regenerate them all.. I cant imagine I would change the original size of thumbs on prestashop.. Must be something wrong with the settings in the img sizes, go to preferences>image and click the img sizes and see if they are allowed for "products" display.This happened to me after I had added a new size for "slidenewproducts" module and didnt check these options, so the images were uploaded but werent displayed for products as these options were not checked.
