Problems with Customer Loyalty and Rewards module

Hi,

 

I just recently launched our newly redesigned website with first time using the customer loyalty module. Everything went fine except there was one time I noticed that when a customer checks out an order using a free shipping voucher that we offer, the discount amount is deducted from the total points they should get.

 

For example: a product costs 500 pesos, so therefore they get 500 points, and a free shipping voucher amounts to 50 pesos. Instead of getting the whole amount of 500 points, the customer now gets 450 instead.

 

Are there any suggestions as to fixing this? Any help would be much appreciated.
