kylegap Posted October 9, 2015 Share Posted October 9, 2015 Hi! It's been a few weeks I have this problem and can't figure out why. I'm using Prestashop 1.6.1.1 with payment Paypal USA, Canada v1.3.9. Every time a customer make an order and pay, the order is not created in prestashop, each and single time I have to look through the shopping carts and create the order manually. I've even copied all files from Prestashop Install and still have to create orders manually... when someone pays, I receive the payment in paypal but then the order doesn't appear in Back Office. yaniv14 Posted October 13, 2015 Share Posted October 13, 2015 If the problem started on 9/30/2015 than you need to follow up with paypal ssl certificate upgrade to sha-256 and contact your hosting provider. If its started before that I recommend to reinstall paypal module and try making a purchase with debug mode enabled to see if you are getting any errors.
