Different Features for different attributes

I have a problem. I have product X and i have atribute "size". 

 

For size S my features looks like:

 

Lower waist - xy

Hip width - xy

Inner leg - xy

Foot width - xy

 

When i change size to M or L my features should be different. Any idea how to solve it?

Has anyone found an answer to this question.  I have a similar situation.  I have products where the Features should change as the Attributes or Combinations are changed.  For example:

 

Attribute / Combination Example 1:

 

Length: 5 inches

Material: Nylon

 

Features descriptions should change as follows:

 

Length: 5 inches (127mm)

Material: Nylon

Resistance: 46lbf (21kgf)

Package Dimensions: 210mm x 185mm x 155mm

Weight: 5.90lbs (2.68kg)

 

Attribute / Combination Example 2:

 

Length: 5 inches

Material: Polypropylene

 

Features descriptions should change as follows:

 

Length: 5 inches (127mm)

Material: Polypropylene

Resistance: 46lbf (40kgf)

Package Dimensions: 210mm x 185mm x 155mm

Weight: 5.90lbs (2.68kg)

 

Attribute / Combination Example 3:

 

Length: 10 inches

Material: Polypropylene

 

Features descriptions should change as follows:

 

Length: 10 inches (224mm)

Material: Polypropylene

Resistance: 46lbf (40kgf)

Package Dimensions: 265mm x 205mm x 180mm

Weight: 7.05lbs (3.20kg)

 

Is there any way to do this?
