Multishop / Client access restriction

Hello there,

 

I have a shop to program and I'm still wondering how it would be better to do it; if exists such a functionality or exists a module.

It should include the following functionalities:

1 No public prices (native)

2 Prices per group (native)

3 Client registration only in the backoffice and sending an auto email

4 Order editing

5 Personalized access conceded to an administrator of a major client group to check orders and even edit them. This administrator can't have access to products or other groups orders.

6 This major group clients should have access to only a limited number of products. Prices, obviously, only being presented via login.

 

From what I've seen, maybe I'm wrong, to achieve points 5 and 6 multishop would be the best choice.

 

I'd appreciate the insight from all of you experienced users.
