Error reporting from your PayPal module. Help

Hi,

I have prestashop v1.5.6.2 and Paypal module v3.10.2. I keep getting the following message.

Does anyone know why?

Is it website's server related, paypal's server related, or simply paypal payment module related?

Can someone please provide some help? I don't even know where to look to find the solution.
